LOCATION: South Alabama: River Falls is 4 miles to the east.  Evergreen is 25 miles to the west.  Andalusia is 9.4 miles to the east. Montgomery is 88 miles to the north.  Pensacola is 95 miles to the southwest.

DESCRIPTION:  The County Road 21 Tract is a beautiful multi use property that is about ½ open land and ½ timberland.  This property is accessed by a deeded easement and there is power into the tract. When first arriving on the property there is a nice hilltop view overlooking about 10 acres of open land and the pond.  Continuing along the road the next stop will be the pole barn that is surrounded by a slate rock pad with plenty of room to park vehicles or campers. ACCESS:  From the Intersection of Alabama Highway 55 and U. S. Highway 84 in River Falls, take Highway 84 west for 2.6 miles and turn left onto County Road 21.  The easement to the County Road 21 Tract will be on the left in 1.4 miles.
